These micro diamond pins are designed for super precision applications, such as deep hole deburring and ID grinding. They are ideal for re-opening holes after the plasma coating process in aerospace and gas turbine applications.
Diamond particles are electroplated on heat treated steel and the thin pin is slightly flexible. All have an overall length of 1.9" with a diamond coated length of 1.0" (3/4" is the same diameter, 1/4" tapers slightly toward the shank for added strength). All on 1/8" shanks. Recommended speed is approximately 5,000 RPM.
