Spire diamond files are made of steel, which is thinly electroplated with diamond. Because of their flexibility, these files are very durable making them extremely effective when polishing molds with very narrow and deep ridges.
Available in 400 and 600 grit in either round or square.
- Round file is 50mm (2”) long with a .5mm (.02”) diameter. It is tapered to a point.
- Square file is double-ended and measure 60mm long x 0.5mm wide x 0.6mm high (2.4.”L x .02”W x .02”H).
- Both ends are beveled at a 20 degree angle. These files have more than 75% of the file coated with diamond.
