This standard rawhide mallet has a 1-1/2" diameter x 3" length head which weighs 6 ounces. This type of mallet is used when care must be taken not to mar surface being struck. The mallet head is constructed from tough rawhide: the cylindrical hide coils are hydraulically compressed to assure uniform size and durability. Solid hickory handles. 10" overall length.
