For filing hard-to-cut materials, finishing delicate surfaces, beveling edges, removing burs and sharpening tools. A thin layer of 400 grit diamond is affixed to the thin, flat, 1-3/4"L x 1/2"W face and that face is mounted on an offset handle. Can be used wet or dry. This 400 grit file is color-coded yellow for easy grit identification.
