The NSK Emax EVOlution is a terrific choice for engravers, jewelers, artists, and craftsmen who need micro-grinding technology. Features a brushless motor system for smooth and quiet operation in either forward or reverse mode with surprising torque and vibration-free rotation. With gradual starting circuitry, quick stop mechanisms, and feedback circuitry built into this system, the Emax EVOlution maintains constant speeds, even under load — and an electronic breaker shuts off the motor for protection in the event of an overload. The control unit features a 4.75″ diameter speed control volume dial using a digital display of the motor speed, as well as a color-coded load meter, and Memory Speed Function. Controller footprint measures 5"x9". Comes complete with a pencil-grip, lever style, handpiece specifically designed to be lightweight. Included handpiece is equipped with a convenient on/off switch for easy control as well as both a 1/8" and a 3/32" collet. Also available a 1/16" collet or consider a reducing collet to use 1/16" shanked tools - these items are sold separately.
