Taking its name from the two-faced god in Roman mythology, the HMR-19 Janus Chasing Hammer has two very similar broad, 28mm round faces: one parallel to the handle and one with a slight tilt for comfortable use in different working positions. All Fretz hammers are renowned for their quality, beauty, and comfort. Fretz casts their hammer heads from 420 stainless steel and tool hardens them to 50 HRC. The handles are made from oiled hardwood shaped and weighted to balance the head perfectly. Made in Vietnam.
