The Elma “Xtra” series offers exceptional cleaning with easy-to-use controls while containing many features making this series by Elma professional, robust and considered heavy-duty like none other on the market. Each unit maintains 37 kHz ultrasonic frequency with two ultrasonic modes; Dynamic-Mode for intense cleaning with higher cleaning power while Sweep and Pulse alternate for homogeneous and powerful cleaning. The second is Eco-Mode which serves as gentle cleaning with quieter operation which helps save energy while prolonging the life of your tank. Choose your selected cleaning time between 1 minute and 30 minutes or set to continuous operation (ultrasonic max operation is 6 hours). Xtra series also has adjustable optimal temperature control in 5°C increments and ranges from 30 - 80°C (85 - 175°F). Tanks are made of durable stainless steel and for easy draining, a side drain plug is included/attached. Unit comes complete with a lid/cover but basket is sold separately. Safety features include an auto switch-off with wake function (either after 8 hours of inactivity or in the event of a brief interruption in the power supply.
