Increase the height of either your GRS Mircoblock or your GRS Microblock XL so you can work the most comfortably. Leave the Microblock on its included base and place directly on the riser(s) for maximum height or nestle the ball into the riser for a slightly lower height. Each riser is 1/2" high and made of heavy durable plastic. Microblocks are sold separately.
